Meet the Team
Mark Kvamme
In addition to founding Eagle Electronics, Mark is currently the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of The O.H.I.O. Fund. Mark started his career at Apple before becoming a GP for Sequoia Capital and founding companies, including Drive Capital and CKS. He has also spent extensive time in and around government, serving as the Director of Job Creation in Ohio for John Kasich and launching JobsOhio in 2011, which generated $1.7bn in revenue for Ohio in 2022 alone.
TJ Dembinski
Before founding Eagle Electronics, TJ was a Partner at Drive Capital, where he worked for the past 6 years. At Drive, he served on the board of several of the firm’s most valuable investments and was responsible for investing out of both the venture funds and growth funds. Before joining Drive, TJ was an investment banker at UBS covering technology buyouts.
Dawn Meyerriecks
Before her career at Eagle Electronics, Dawn led the iconic CIA Directorate of Science & Technology. Before that, she redefined technical oversight for the Intelligence Community with a topline budget of $60bn+.
Matt Wyckhouse
Matt is the Founder & CEO of Finite State, a leader in software and device supply chain security. By partnering with Finite State, Eagle Electronics devices are secured at both the hardware and firmware levels, making them the most secure on the market.
Joel Young
Joel is a seasoned technologist in the IoT and cellular industry with over 20 years of experience, holding 16 patents in communication technology. Prior, he was the CTO for Digi International, a publicly traded wireless solutions company focused on 5G, LTE, and other wireless technologies. Joel also served as the CTO of Xirgo Technologies, a leader in worldwide wireless transportation and logistics products and solutions.
